This is a deceptively large, modern, 20 year old property on two floors. It's been described as a 'Tardis' - being so much larger on the inside than it appears from the outside!!

To take advantage of the fantastic views the house is 'upside down' with the main living area on the top floor, accessed directly from street level.

The bedrooms are on the lower level making them cool during the summer and comfortable during the winter.

The house has full gas central heating with thermostats on all radiators, dimmable lighting throughout and extensive wiring for computer networks and telephone. There are power sockets everywhere, and I mean 'everywhere'! The house has been well designed during its last refit.

The kitchen has top of the range laminate flooring and the bathrooms have white tiled floors. The rest of the house is carpeted throughout.

Here are some of my friends from the Straits. They regularly come for lunch on the water just below the house. I love feeding them and although it's a little rough on the hands it's a delight to be so close to such wonderful creatures.
