The main living accomodation is on the upper level. It's an open plan layout and is a huge 24ft x 24ft (7.2m x 7.2m).

The kitchen area has a range of wall, drawer and base units. There's a stainless steel electric fan oven, 5 ring gas hob, dish washer, fridge, extractor hood and stainless steel 1½ bowl sink with mixer tap.

The breakfast bar is great for .... well breakfasts. It's large enough for your friends to sit around and chat while you create your culinary delights.

The dining area frames the great sea views over the Menai Straits while at the table. There's a ceiling fan to keep you cool when needed. This shot is to the right of the previous one.

The spacious lounge area has a large patio door that leads onto the balcony where you really get the feel for the view. Great in summer, this is where you sit with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Also with a ceiling fan. This shot is to the right of the dining area.
